Creating a new Enquiry

This workflow will take you through generating an Enquiry from scratch. You will learn:

  1. Editing basic details

  2. Adding flight legs

  3. selecting aircraft to include in your quote

  4. sending quote request emails

  5. generating your initial quote


1. Go to Enquiries - Aeroquote

2. Click on Add new Enquiry

3. Choose a contact or add a new one

4. Optional - Add your job notes. These notes will be carried over into the quote and optionally, booking, you generate

5. Optional - enter the passenger number. This will help select the most appropriate aircraft for you job

6. add the first leg of the customer journey. NOTE: You do not have to add ferry flights, these will be added automatically.

7. Add the estimated departure date and time of this leg

8. Select the fleet and/or the external aircraft you wish to include in your quote.

9. Once you have selected the aircraft, click 'Generate and Request Quote'.

10. If you have an external aircraft selected in your Enquiry, you will be presented with a window to edit the note your external operators will receive.

11. Click on Send Emails to request your quotes from external operators and proceed to your new quote for further editing.
